“Soulful Chemistry – Jambo Soul Chemistry” by Thaddeus Hamilton

Jambo Soul Chemistry,

It is nice to know that people are linking up in an attempt to give those on the inside a
voice in which one can truly express him/herself.

There is an European Queen, who is my confident and supporter, who has informed me
of your website, in which one could express the issues, that face African living here
and through-out the diaspora. These issues are many and diverse only because of the
many mentalities, that we have taken on since our capture and captivity on these
shores. The psychology of our situation is the most detrimental, but I speak from a lay
person’s position. Just off, we must come to terms on who we are as a people. In my
opinion we have been everything and called worse, except the rightious black people
that we are. I know this horse has been beaten to no end, but self-analysis is what’s
needed, The one thing that most gross-roots Africans have in common is the un guided
mental anguish of madness, which is a start, but that madness has to be directed in the
direction of problems, that is conducive to our lives: un-employment, teen-pregnancy,
AIDS, housing homelessness and a host of other issues that plagues our people. And
this isn’t even the tip of the myriad issues, that needs to be addressed. But, the start is
having this medium in which to reach those, who are internet literate. We have
amongst our ranks the rich, the bourgeois and the poor and these three tiers in our
ranks are so far apart that bridging the gap will almost be impossible. This is when I
want to make myself perfectly clear, I’m not against those, who so-called pulled
themselves up by the boot-straps, but I’m against those, who look down their
Eurocentric noses as though we as a people haven’t learned the lesson of Jim Crow,
Dred Scott, Brown v. Board of Education and the most inhumanely of all the 3/5 of a
human clause.

Most of this recent history and some in the nine-teenth century, but we must never
forget, that these laws are still on the books and with one swift stroke of one of those
“pens” they use to enact or re-enact laws, those same laws can be instituted!! Ain’t that
a blimp?! Just like they have rolled back a lot of the civil rights legislation, one swift
stroke of the “pen”.
These are delicate issues that we express and to most they rather not discuss them
and to others, who act like they don’t exist. It is often said that when we do engage in
the race issue, one is labled racist, but I’m here to say that I want no power to oppress,
depress or repress anyone. Racism is an ideology that sanctions up --- mobility of its
own kind and the repressed immobility of non-euro-suasion.
These are more obsecurative, that can’t be ignored. Is it a wonder that after four-
hundred years of repression, aggression and oppression, that when the shackles were
taking of physically that mentally we were dead!? How could a people without land build
their hell we were all worked out?! We were so tried that we didn’t even get our forty-
acres and a mule. We’ve come a long way from being kings and queens from the banks
of the nile, from forerunners of great Africa thinkers, scholars, doctors, philosophers
and builders to that which a dog was more human to now the re-resurrection of the
minds of our people. In our quest to help re-develop those minds it is imperative that
we do not take on the mentality  of our captors because, if we do than we are no better
at keeping it real!!! We must continue to raise the truth and present it in its purest form.
Brothers and sisters, we have a long way to go, but we must start somewhere and that
somewhere is with our fruits – kids- if we don’t arm our fruits with the knowledge that
they’ll need, then we will be doing ourselves a big dis-service. These are my
observations and how I interpret them.

Again, those are just observations. Is it important, I don’t know? But, is being silent a
honorable thing? I’m glad, someone pointed it out. I do know this: if the European
Queen, I’ve grown to respect and is my confident, knows about the injustice, that goes
on and discusses it with compassion, I know, the potential for many more can be
achieved. Thank you Brothers and Sisters, Soulful Chemistry.

Sincerely Thaddeus, A.K.A. Mfalme.

"Crime of Innocence" by Thaddeus Hamilton

Though I’m innocent

I cannot tell, for

They have placed me

In this hell,
everyday I try to see,

why this

Has befallen me, I look

Left and then right, all

I see is the hand of white

Might, but my mind

Is not weary, the future

Doesn’t look dreary, yet

I strive to be free,

Because the truth lies

With me.

"Reparations......Not!!!" by Thaddeus Hamilton

Here it is now. The twenty-first century and people are still asking the age old question
– reparations – Why? I too felt the same exact way until I began to remove the blood
from my eye and see the real deal. I know, right now some are saying where did this
“nigga” come from. Well, from the same place called a “ghetto”, which countless os uf
come from. And to be frank, if I cared about what others thought, I wouldn’t be the man,
I’m today. But wait and listen to the real thing, because there’s nothing better than first
off you. My people have to remove the shackles from your mind andyour eyes for you
to better overstand the position that we are truly in and it isn’t pretty. Now, remember
what I said in my previous text….In 1871 these so called United States of America was
sold down the river after the war of independence, because it incur red a debt and
when that debt was due, guess what. Hello, another contract was devised. And when
the country – or shall I say- the Republic- at that time was devised, and so was its
people, white, black, yellow, whatever into a contract that we had no knowledge of.
These states were set up as corporations to pay back the debt that was owed. Of
course, all of this deception was done behind closed doors. So, when you constantly
borrow against that which is owed then that debt becomes enormous. So, up until now
this is what’s still going on. A foreign corporation owns your ass!! My ass and
everybody else that’s a resident in these so called United States of America. World
Bank, I.M.F and others are the title holders of all that in these states even you and I.
Now we come to these questions of why African Americans didn’t receive their forty
acres and mule. Because since these United States are in debt to foreign corporation,
they hold the legal deeds and titles to all properties, mat erial or otherwise. They can’t
honor that contract because they don’t own it to give!!! Brothers and Sisters, do you
really feel what I’m saying?! Reparations, it will never ever happen. Why? Because they
are broke, busted and bankrupt!! But, Brothers and Sisters, we can get reparated in
other ways. And that is repatriating ourselves as being sovereign mind, body and spirit.
They say, knowledge is power, but if we don’t trully seek the knowledge, that is vital to
our freedom, liberty and the true pursuit of happiness, then we are like the mice in the
cage, that gets on the treadmill and goes round and round, not gaining no ground. I
know, this is a bitter pill to swallow, but if you consider yourselves as being of a new
mind than I think its imperative that we “chew” this meat that is truly good for self.
People we have been “hoodwinked” from the cradle to the grave, but now it is time to
rise up in consciousness. As “Jesus rose up Lazarus”, it is only befitting to learn how
to play the true game and ace the test, that has been incontested for soooo long!!! As
the brother, who created these words: “El hajj malik El Shalagy”: has stated vehemently
“By any means necessary!!!” People let’s wake up, it is your duty, because anything less
is an abomination to God. Thank you for your time and I’ll see ya.

Sincerely….

"And the beat goes on…" by Thaddeus Hamilton

“To Struggle for the People and not expect anything selfish in return is a rare thing”
(Freed political prisoner Geronimo ji Jaga (Pratt)

Geronimo Ji Jaga, - “Jaga” coming from the Jaga.tribe-
I had a chance to meet him and I spent about three years with him in Tehachapi State
Prison back in the early 90s, a very down to earth African man.
He started me on cross-word puzzles and playing the game Scrabble. He also taught me
a lot about the struggle and the people in the struggle. That was a very inspiring
experience for me.

A man of African ancestry can easily get entangled in the racist acts, that go on. I myself
am of the opinion, that until Americans (those of European suasion) start redeveloping
their way of thinking, this country will continue to have the problems of race. As a black
man living in America I have also gone through a reconstruction of my mind. Because,
until we are ourselves mentally, we will continue to fall in the same trap over and over
again. I try and do my pact in impacting some knowledge to those younger black men,
who are stepping back out in society. But to me, the most inhuman in the world is
“racism”; and because this system has been set up since the (Declaration of
Independence) Africans were not included in this document, the beat goes on.

Again when those European suasion wrote the Constitution of the United States, again
people of African ancestry were not included in this document. In fact, some, if not all,
had slaves. So, that beat went on up until the Emancipation Proclamation. That of
freeing the slaves. What makes this so disgusting is that it wasn’t done for the good of
man-kind and so that beat went on.
And then we come up to the tremulous times of the 50s and 60s: lynchings, cross-
burnings, dog attacks, church bombings and so on. Isn’t it amazing that people of
African ancestry didn’t get the vote until 1965 and that’s recent history!!! …And that
beat went on.
Now I don’t argue with the little progress that was gained, but those gains, some of
them were repealed with on a light stroke of a pen!! As I have said and the beat goes
on!!
Now, instead of investing in education, they invest in prisons to ensure, that my sons
pick up, where a lot of black men left off!!!
And I continue to say: “And the beat goes on!!!”

"Freedom, When" by Thaddeus Hamilton

This is the perplexing question: that we, as Africans in particular, and the rest of the
people, that make up this potentially great country. This is not a black or white thing,
this is a very serious matter, that entails and involves everyone. Black, white, brown,
purple, green, whatever.
Since my becoming truly aware of my blacknes, I have been on an extensive search for
the truth, but sometimes the truth can be clouded by the madness, that thieves in our
hearts and that’s not what’s needed for no search and quest for the truth. This is the
realization. We as the human race are interconnected, whether we want to be or not,
but I’ll not talk about the whole human race, but part, if it’s that makes up these so-
called “United States of America” and how the people have been hoodwinked into
believing, that “we, the people count”. Of course, people of non-white ancestry has to
fight f or equality, justice and the pseudonym: The “American way” in order to gain
some footing in this society, but only the toe is allowed, believe me. Oh there’s a few
tokenism here and there, but what about the rest? America has gone through
transitional periods from its inception up until now. But what I want to inform you about
is more deliberate than black or white. I’m talking about the “Republic” from which it
stood then until those seen fit to sell, every soul at that time and times to come. And
this, my black brothers, my black sisters, my white brothers, my white sisters, is how the
game went: Now, this shit is fixing to get technical so bare with me.

In February 21, 1871: Congress passes an act to provide a government for the District
of Columbia, also known as the act of 1871. With no constitutional authority to do so,
Congress creates a separate form of government for the D.O.C, a ten mile square
parcel of land (see acts of the forty-first congress “Section 34 Session 1 11 chapters 61
and 62). The act passed when the country was weakened and financially depleted in the
aftermath of the Civil War….was a strategic move by foreign interests (international
bankers), who were intent upon gaining a stranglehold on the coffers and neck of
America. Congress cut a deal with the international bankers (specifically Rothschilds of
London) to incur a debt to said bankers, because the bankers were not about to lend
money to a floundering nation without serious stipulations, they devised a way to get
their foot in the door of the United States. The act of 1871 formed a corporation called
the United States. The corporation, owned by foreign interests, moved in and shoved
the original Constitution into a dustbin. With the act of 1871 the organic Constitution
was defaced…in effect sabotaged. …When the title was capitalized and the word “for”
was changed to “of” in the title “The Constitution of The United States of America” is
the constitution of the incorporat ed United States of America. It operates in an
economic capacity and has been used to fool the people into thinking, it governs the
Republic. It does not!! There’s more to this story, I just wanted to let those, who are into
the now, that this is what happened after the deaths of these founding fathers of these
United States. So, the issue becomes now, since we have been screwed from the
beginning and still being screwed. How do we re-educate ourselves? The first hurdle
to this a quote from the ancient Kemetians “Man, Know Thyself” and then when that is
accomplished, we have to gain knowledge on what we are dealing with. As one of our
greatest prince has said “By any means necessary”. This entails many things: educate,
pool resources, build nation, build economic base, do critical thinking, do critical
analysis and so forth. It has been said, that if the black man can solve this problem
here, than that would maybe permeate through-out other parts of the world. Brothers
and sist ers of all kind, until we link up as one, we’ll remain the same. Educate, emulate,
congratulate, tolerate, duplicate and most of all re-create.

"Soulful Soul" by Thaddeus Hamilton

Is my soul the soul

Of man, or is it the

Soul of God, is it dual

In its infinite existence?

Is it a feeling?

Can it be touched?

Is it all that we posses?

Whether in sorrow, pain and joy

the duality of our being

is what God intended

it to be.
