“Queen dedication" by Thaddeus Hamilton

She rode in on the waves of
Cyber-space, intelligent, thoughtful and
Full of grace.
She explained herself with
True intent, that of self, honor and not
Belligerence….I dug her cue right from the start.
She was plain and real and played the part.
Her compassion for others was
Quite evident, when there is injustice
Or no justice in the providence.
She was taught well this I see, for she has made
It plain for the eye could see.
She’s a friend indeed for those in need.
I love and respect her whole-heartedly.
She’s a queen and a scholar
In her very own right, who will fight injustice
With all her might. I’m glad she chose to ride this
Wave, for her help was needed as I stared in a day.
I say to all that know her by name, that she has
Truly indeed mastered the game.
So, I say to you queen Reign in all your glory,
for your deeds and actions will long be a story.
I’ll never take your meekness for granted
Because, you represent all that is talented.
With friendship and care, that you have shown me.
There’s no doubt in my mind that one day I’ll be free!!

"The Game" by Thaddeus Hamilton

I didn’t know from the start

That a traffic stop would lead

Me to a prison block. If I’d had

Known afore, I would have thought

Before. But in a fit of haste to go

Out and chase, what I don’t know

But, it landed me in this place.

Man, I must had bumped my head

To think that I wouldn’t need no head.

In my ignorance I know not what this

Would bring, I guess through hope I

Thought I’d get clean, but little did

I know the trap was already set to make

Me pay for that I reject. For the game

That they played was shrewed on their part.

For the judge, DA and attorney had me from

The start. To take my innocence and trample it

With vengeance, I knew my life had been extinguished.

But, now that a queen has come to my distress, I

Know now that my chances are fresh. With these

Thoughts I must move on because the day is nearing

When I can go home.

"Blessings“

Results, that occur in its own occurance

And not that of man. Deep derm inside everyone

Believes in blessings, but are too proud to confess them,

Are they to be looked for, sought after or even prayed

For. No! One should only pray to God and if he/she sees

Fit, those blessings will be forth coming. For those

That have the eyes let them see. For only the

Rightious will receive those blessings no matter

The creed, color or nationality. If one practices that

Which is good, he/she will be blessed. I’d like to

Think that I’m blessed for just being alive!

Now that’s a blessing! I’m blessed because I’m healthy,

I’m blessed because I practice humanity, I’m blessed

To give of myself unto others, I’m blessed in all

Those things, yet and still I’m locked away.

"Does Color Really Matter"
by Thaddeus Hamilton AKA Mfalme

Does color really matter
Or are we consumed with its flatter
White, black and the rest
Which are all of the best.

Does color really matter
With all its negative chatter,
Such beauty is in all the hues
Which tends to be a subject of abuse.

Does color really matter
With its rich and think slather
For colors are of the exterior
Which dates back to our posterior.

So what end do we say
That colors will fade away.

Does color really matter?!

Inner ....Wind by Thaddeus Hamilton

My thoughts are like

A raging wind, swirling

Tossing like an eddy

Within. Through they seem

To want expression and direction

That identifies its existence

It is hard to direct, which

is wild and free, for those

thoughts are truly humble

and meek. They only want a

medium to thrive, to ensure

an endure that which it can survive.

Only Skin Deep" by Thaddeus Hamilton

Is it only skin deep, if we are to believe in a higher power than
man, then we must begin to rethink our position of seperation of
humanness. This maybe an idyllic thought that I harbor, but nevertheless it
has become an acknowledgement, that has been on my mind.
The reason I say this is, because whatever our differences are,
they are only superficial to the eye, which we define as a mark of distinction.
Our sameness is never taken into account.

Is this shallow thinking? Of course, it is. And why is that?

I think, we as a people are frightened to explore the true definition of
sameness and therefore build these artificial barriers of one thing that defines
a "hue". People will pretend that this is an complex area to delve
in, but truly is it? I think not, because people have the same
aspiration the same wants, needs and yearnings. If it was possible to
strip away our outer layer, then what would separate us? Hum,
something to really think about. What would be the reason not to
yield appreciation for one another, or would there be another
diabolical mind to prop up another separatist notion? Those who see
with the third eye must begin to rise above the level of selective
ignorance in order to merge our humanness to that of true humanity.
If we fail to do so, then what have we learned as a people?

Have we risen above our animalistic extincts or have we camouflaged our
true humanness with that of total ignorance. People, we must rise and feel our
true feelings and redevelop our way of treating "us". Remember people, this
is my idyllic thought that I had to share. I only want to agitate the mind to
farther our sameness. Remember this: it's only skin deep.
Beautiful people, it's been a pleasure.
Thank you.
Love ya!
